You of all people should know that.
But it is germane to the discussion that Bush's approval has fallen (in 4 polls, including Gallup) since the British terror bust. It shows that the country no longer believes that he is effective in what was considered to be his strongest suit. And Bush without his so-called "War On Terror" to yap about is nothing.
